I just finished my 3 mile run. My husband and I always sign up for the Ukrops 10K Training Team here in Richmond, Virginia. It gets me up and moving during the cold winter months. Wow, it truly is amazing how exercise energizes you!! Now I am ready to paint! (that is of course, after I go to the grocery store, do a couple loads of laundry, clean up the breakfast dishes from my 3 kids, etc.., etc...)
