I think this is my favorite so far! My husband was looking over my shoulder at it and commented that he thought it was fantastic, too!
Every time I think I've found my favorite, I find another. Great use of color combination on this one.
The deep orange and blue just drip with color,
while the leaves exude a lifting light.
Love this one!
I showed this one to my daughter and she oohed and awed over it. Informed me that when she finds her new house, she will have to revisit your shop for some wall candy!! ~karen
Again another beautiful and bright painting. I'm really enjoying seeing what you have next.
Oh, how gorgeous! I absolutely adore tulips! This painting is so bright and cheerful...just what we need when it's cold & dreary outside.
I'm new to the challenge. ;)
I thought I posted a comment on this already... I guess I did when you posted this artwork before. You know I lvoe this tulip painting so much. And it amkes me happy just to look at it.
Tulips! Lovely! Now come on spring....
Tulips my favourite flowers! I cant wait to plant them for next spring.
Reminds me of Spring. Love the bright blue background. I am amazed of all this painting that you are doing.
Love it! Are there paper strips under the watercolor that give it that lattice texture?
Love it!! Every May, there's a big tulip festival here in Ottawa. Your painting reminds me of the colourful waves of blooming tulips along the canal :-)

Ooh-la-la! The colors are beautiful! Gosh, this is undoubtedly my favorite. I wish upon wish that you have this at the end of the month, and that I hop to it first, of course. Hehe.
Today it is a poetry day to me, I woke up wanting to read poetry and so I thought to leave here so to you again. Poems are the most beautiful way to describe our love for something:
"Guarded within the old red wall's embrace,
Marshalled like soldiers in gay company,
The tulips stand arrayed. Here infantry
Wheels out into the sunlight. What bold grace
Sets off their tunics, white with crimson lace!
Here are platoons of gold-frocked cavalry,
With scarlet sabres tossing in the eye
Of purple batteries, every gun in place.
Forward they come, with flaunting colours spread,
With torches burning, stepping out in time
To some quick, unheard march. Our ears are dead,
We cannot catch the tune. In pantomime
Parades that army. With our utmost powers
We hear the wind stream through a bed of flowers. "
