Ooh, I want to be there too!
And this is why I love living by the sea,,very pretty..Devon
That's where I want to be too -- especially today with all the snow that's falling!!Great painting -- you can almost feel the trade winds blowing :-)Kelly
reminds me of my family's home in south india and makes me want to go visit!
Love the motion of the treesagainst a tranquil blue sea.
that sure looks like a great place to take one....absolutely beautiful.
makes me crave a pina colada!
Love it. I think I have an island girl somewhere hidden inside!
I posted the "Holiday" version of this to my Women of a Certain Age blog last night. It fit my mood perfectly.
Wow-this one looks like a photograph.
I can feel the breeze!
I would ask "What is paradise?" like in the Emily Dickson poem. The painting has a singular feeling of calmness, as well as the calm wind which blows. The blue sea and the white sky. It's a beauty. Love. Joana
I missed this one! This has a solitary feel. I like my alone time, I can see myself sitting on the sand, leaning up against the palm with a book in one hand and a flavored tea in the other!
